Contract Negotiation

CMC accomplishes the entire event planning process from A to Z. After site selection, the next step is contracting. Due to our longstanding relationships within the industry, we have the ability to negotiate a contract that protects your company as well as ensuring concessions are provided to maximize your available benefits.

We will work with you and the hotel through the entire contracting process, but we don’t stop there. We will be available from the time of signing until the conclusion of your event. CMC holds in high importance to not only help negotiate the contract but to also ensure the hotel follows through with its agreement. Maybe you decided to add another breakout session down the road – we can help with that.

Training

CMC has been involved in developing and conducting training courses for over 15 years. Acting as a facilitator, we use our meeting planning expertise to secure the most favorable accommodations and team up with an experts in the field to develop and conduct the training.

We developed and manage the National Transportation Management Conference, which is an annual leadership training conference held in five different locations across the country. We contract with the instructors for the conference and arrange guest speakers, (both from AASHTO and FWHA) for each of the five locations.
